Causes of Blurred Vision
Getting older and certain health conditions can affect a person’s vision and result in vision problems like blurred vision.
The primary cause of blurred vision is refractive errors such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, presbyopia, or astigmatism. However, it can be something more serious.
According to WebMD, other causes of blurred vision can include eye trauma, clouding of the lens (cataract), increased eye pressure (glaucoma), breakdown of the central portion of the retina (age-related macular degeneration), retinal detachment, inflammation of the optic nerve (optic neuritis), and stroke.
Optic neuritis may initially cause blurred vision in one eye.
However, there is a way you can improve your eyesight and get better vision.
